HEARTROID®
NV (Neurovascular) model
HEARTROID NV (Neurovascular) Model
The NV Model accurately reproduces the shape of the aortic arch connecting the heart to the cerebral arteries using a 3D printer, allowing simulation training of endovascular treatment using catheters, such as coiling for cerebral aneurysm and thrombectomy for cerebral infarction, under X-ray fluoroscopy. Simulation training is available. It is possible to simulate the treatment process by inserting a catheter into a cerebral artery from a leg blood vessel and confirming the position of the device using a contrast medium, just like the actual clinical procedure.
