Birth of "JMC Lab," a medical simulator brand that utilizes 3D printing technology
(President and CEO: Daichi Watanabe, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), which operates 3D printing, casting, and CT businesses, has released a new brand of medical simulators called "JMC Lab.
【Background of the Establishment of JMC Lab】
In recent years, medical technology has been evolving at a rapid pace, new treatment methods are being
established every day, and at the same time, new needs for education, such as training of surgical
techniques, are emerging. To meet these needs, JMC has been supporting the development of simulators
optimized for each procedure through "monozukuri" (manufacturing) centered on the cutting-edge technology
of 3D printers. JMC is a company that considers all possibilities to find the best solution to realize
what our customers want. To further strengthen this strength, we have launched the "JMC Lab"
brand.
【Overview of JMC Lab】
JMC Lab will develop, manufacture, and sell simulators for the purpose of educating people about
ever-advancing medical technology and procedures, utilizing JMC's accumulated know-how in the creation of
medical organ models, with the aim of creating a future in which all people can receive safe and secure
medical care.
The manufacturing and sales structure was also significantly strengthened with the launch of the JMC Lab.
We have three main teams: a sales team divided into Vascular, Non-Vascular, and Bone; a manufacturing team
with expertise in manufacturing, including 3D printing; and an R&D team in charge of simulator
research and development. In addition, we have a manufacturing team with expertise in manufacturing,

the development of simulators.
In addition to the development of simulators, we also provide services to support events that use
simulators, such as webinars and hands-on seminars, in an effort to contribute to the revitalization of
